Hello everyone and thank you in advance for your attention to my problem.
I am using eMClient as my email software. After a failure to send an email, the following window appears every time I open the software.
I would like to be able to permanently delete this message which is of no use to me, having successfully sent it in another way.
I tried to clear the log, but every time I open the software it is restored.
You don’t say which version of eMC you are running so I will assume v8, also that although you are using a French version you are OK with English
Do this:
In Opérations popup ->Click Tout ignorer
Then in eMC…
(top left) Menu ->Settings ->General ->If the following are checked, UNcheck ->
1./ Run on system startup (Lancer au démarrage de Windows)
2./ Synchronize items at startup (Synchroniser les éléments au démarrage de l’application)
->Apply & OK
Next…
In the particular account Outbox (Boîte d’envoi) delete the email that did not send
Close eMC & restart - If I have guessed correctly the error will have gone.
