I was using 8 pro and bought an upgrade to 9 pro.
Then I installed 9 pro and now it doesn’t see the license upgrade and I can only work offline.
Being trying to deactivate license to see if I could reactivate late, but I get a message saying “problem wjen contacting license manager DeactivateLicenseEx failed”.

Done - fix it by using a vpn for license to upgrade (as to connect once in same country than purchase)
eM Client needs to regularly contact the license server to validate your license. If it is not able to do so, it will eventually disable syncing your email.
You will need to find out why the server can’t be contacted normally. If it works through a VPN, then I suspect it has something to do with your current Internet connection.
