just updated and now cannot send OR recieve emails. What now?
Hello Brian, can you be a little bit more specific about the application’s behaviour? What mail service are you using with eM Client, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About? What mail service are you using with eM client, are there any errors thrown by the application when you try to receive or send messages from the client?
thanks for response. I was able to access web client. found email with key there. cut and paste to activate. all is fine now. brian
