Hello, if you’re referring to your SPAM folder, you can adjust the default folder settings in your account settings, navigate to Tools > Accounts > Your account > Mail, Contacts and Calendars and adjust the SPAM folder name or destination in the fields bellow your server setup.
You can find the exact SPAM folder name (the one created by Outlook.com), by right clicking the folder in the left pane and selecting Properties, and find the folder’s server location/name in the details of the folder.
