So there are apparently 5 ghost emails. My unread email count is always off by exactly 5. I even literally cleared out my entire inbox and it still shows 5 unread messages. Even if I select “Show all messages as read” it still shows 5 unread emails in the number count but there are literally NO unread emails anywhere at all. This happened when I upgraded to version 8. I did not have this problem in any earlier version. I have rebooted my computer multiple times and still the mystery 5. My fear is that there are really 5 unread messages that for some reason are not showing.
Anyone else had this issue?
