Email not working well, I uninstalled without following eClient instructions, reinstalled and emails are missing and I need backup from 3 weeks ago but Restore not showing selection of backup dates to restore. I’m in the middle of a project and really need the lost emails!
If you have been doing regular either manual or automatic eM Client backups, you will have dated backup.zip files in your “Documents / eM Client” folder unless you changed the default folder.
So if you have got a recent backup.zip file, then go to “Menu / File / Restore” (PC) or “File / Restore” (Mac) and it will bring up you latest dated backup which will then restore all your emails back to that date.
