Ungroup emails with 'no subject'

With the new version all emails with the same subject are now grouped together, but it is also grouping all emails with no subject in one group even though they are from different people…how can I change this?

this is a strange issue, as the Conversations should also group primarily by message ID.
What mail account does this issue happen on?

I have the same problem.

I’ve switched from live Mail recently.

I think this is a brilliant client but would definitely like to sort this out.

The emails with the same subject are grouped together regardless of whether they come from the same email address or not.

If I attempt to rename them, I’m getting a group rename and not able to individually do so.

How do I separate them or rename them individually rather than group rename.
