I moved an appointment and it vanished. Ctrl-Z did not help. Also I’m annoyed about the local calendar, which cannot be removed.

Not clear what you are attempting to do, if you wanted to undo use Ctrl+Y

Local folders can’t be removed, but they can be hidden from view. Select Menu > Settings > General and untick Show Local Folders.
