Under Windows 8.1, which folder should I include in my backup definition to save emails, folders and calendar information?

I use Macrium Reflect to keep a daily backup of important information and would like to include details of emails kept in folders together with task and calendar details, but am not sure which folders to add to my backup definition. Can you advise please?

Hi John,

The default folder in which eM Client stores it’s data under Windows 8.1 is:

C:\users\AppData\Roaming\eM Client

But you might have changed this your self in eM Client, via Tools --> Settings --> General --> Storage

Hi, do not use external tool for backup, it is not supported by eM Client and will very easily lead to broken database.

Always use our internal backup tool only.
