Uncorrect title and sender fields

Have a sender name “=?UTF-8?B?UG9zdC1UcmFja2VyLnJ1=?=” instead of “[email protected]” and simple trouble with a title.

but I don’t understand how to solve the problem

Hello,

Unfortunately we can’t do anything about this as it seems that mail sender has very bad UTF coding, only solution is to contact their support and tell them to reapir their system as we can’t do anything about it.

I’m sorry, but I think you wrong.
On my android phone in the stock mail client and at the web-interface of my e-mail I have the correct title in russian and the correct sender adress in english.
