Unable to upload [SERVERBUG]

Hi,

I created a folder through eM Client to archive some mails. I did not create the folder through the webmail first though. After trying to move the mails to the newly created folder I received the following messages:

[IMAP] Unable to upload message “[subject of mail]” to folder “[foldername]”. ([SERVERBUG] BUG: Unknown internal error)

This is really annoying. 30-40 of these errors are shown each time I start eM Client. Do you have any idea of how to fix this without deleting all of them?

I have tried moving them back to the inbox folder, but then the foldername just changes to inbox, so it seems like the mails are corrupt or something.

Do you use Google by any chance? Anyway I would like to see your IMAP logs, Tools - Settings - Advanced, check IMAP under your account, appy and restart eM Client.

After this make same steps which leads to your issue and after that send logs… to [email protected] together with this topic’s URL or subject.

then you can turn logging off.
