Unable to set-up 123reg email account

Hi there. After trying several new account options I’m not able to create a new business email with a 123reg email hosting. I’ve selected ‘other’ email provider when setting up and completed correct imap and smtp settings, but emclient can’t find the server.

Does any have any suggestions or have encountered this issue with 123reg and em Client before?
