Unable to send out emails-unknown account

Hi-I am trying to send out an email but the message is coming up-“there is no account setup.Please add some account first in order to send emails”

I don’t understand this-I am receiving emails therefore I must have an account. I have a free license. I signed in with a POP3 and a STMP .

It also says in the message area-

From No account



have you been able to send emails before?
If this is fresh install and you have added new account over automatic setup can you try re-add it manually (Tools - Accounts - New account - Mail - Other).
