Unable to send or receive emails after returning from a 6 day vacation trip
Hello Don, what version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About?
What mail service are you using with eM Client, is it an IMAP account? Are you seeing any errors thrown by the application when you try to synchronize your items with the server?
If so, can you please make a screenshot of the error or switch to the “Log” tab, copy the content of the log and submit it to us here on the forum?
