Unable to send messages

Hello, this time, my account has been created but I have an error message when I try to send an email. I have a pop-up window saying authentification failed (5.7.8). I should enter my login and pw. My login and password have been defined alright but when I click OK, I still get the “authentification failed” message. Can anyone help? Thnks

Hi Skybat, my email provider is hotmail (the old one: hotmail.fr) but I don’t understand why you want to know my ISP. Anyway, it’s Bouygues Telecom. Thanks in advance for your help
