Unable to send email

This is the message I get when I try to send emails. Even if I send a completely blank email with nothing in the Subject box it still doesn’t send. Any ideas please?

[SMTP]Cannot send message (Email body not accepted due to the following reason:
"We’re sorry, but we can’t send your email. Either the subject matter, a link, or an attachment potentially contains
spam, or phishing or malware. Please check or edit your message and try sending it again. (6-1-3-2) ID (5ED9C5063160737B)

It’s now sorted itself out but I don’t know why!

Either you have some sort of eg: local optional Antivirus, Spam, Malware program scanning your outgoing email and giving you that message, or if that message came back from your ISP to your Inbox, as the ISP may have scanned your outgoing mail (which most do now) and wouldn’t allow it and rejected sending it and notified you.
