Unable to send email, but able to receive email from server

Anyone please help!
How to eliminate “No account” which makes a root cause of unable to send email?

check your settings and make sure your ISP setting are correct.  If you can try to access your account through the ISP’s web site.  If you can send and receive there it is a problem with your  PC.  it your are on vacation or away from your home or office it could be the SMTP of the place you are hooked to the internet through
