Used the normal setting of UN and PW for the account. Test emails puts copy in sent items and adressee receives email (except eM Client/Outlook.com) but reply message not received.
Error message says “(air sync) An attempt to connect to Windows Outlook Mail failed - settings could be incorrect”

please send me your AirSync logs. Enable AirSync logging under the problematic account in Tools - Settings - Advanced - Logging and restart eM client. Then simulate the issue and send us the log using the same window. Thank you.
I have the same problem. Here is the log. I replaced my account name. It looks like the servers are not set up at all.
