no longer loads. i have tried to reinstall software but still no further forward.
on start up when it goes through the database check i get the following message:

This is actually an error caused by the database of the program, not the program itself. Download this http://www.emclient.com/tools/DbRepai… and try to see if it works. If not, I’m afraid you have to delete the database and start fresh.
