Unable to receive emails in inbox

I receive my mails in the trash folder after updating to Exchange server. i do not receive it in inbox i have to move from trash to inbox and no notifications also.

That would normally mean either your Exchange server mailbox end currently has a filter setup to move them automatically from the mailbox inbox to the trash folder, which then show in eM Client Trash folder when it syncs locally.

Or you have a rule setup in eM Client locally to do that after the emails are received.

So first check your Exchange server filters to make sure nothing is setup at your mailbox end to automatically move email to the trash folder.

Failing that, in eM Client, click “Menu / Rules” to see if you have anything locally setup in eM Client doing that. You can also access local and server rules in eM Client if you have V9 of eM Client…
