Since Jan 3, 2021 I have not been able to receive emails but can send which have been received. When first logged on I get a window with message Pop3 Attempt to connect failed. I have opened settings and carried out verification, it showed Pop3 failed and after fix, correct settings were found and I saved changes. Any thoughts please.
First thing you can check is your POP3 settings. Go to Menu > Accounts and click on the POP3 tab.
The port should be 995 and the security policy Use SSL/TLS on special port (legacy).
If that doesn’t help, as a test, completely disable your anti-virus/firewall application and try again.
