I am unable to receive the activation key because the email program is locked up because the activation key has expired. How can I get the activation key if the email software is unable to receive/send any email regardless of who the sender/receiver may be?
Have you tried logging into your web mail via your browser?
I wouldn’t have a clue how to do that. Sorry.
