Hello Dave,
is the link valid?
If you try to copy it and open it in your browser, can it be accessed?
I suspect the issue is either with the link or your default browser.

Is there any Web-Browser installed on your Computer?

If so: is any Browser set as Default-Application to handle the HTTP -Network-Protocol = to handle such URLs?

You can do this via Windows or via the Application (Google Chrome).
