Trying to obtain a free (home) license, but only get a blank screen
what browser are you experiencing this issue in? Have you tried a different one?
Hi Olivia - I did try another browser and was able to get a free license. I suppose some of my confusions was due to (a) the fact that my son set me up with a trial license, and (b) the expiry of a previous trial license and the consequent instructions to obtain either the free license or the pro license. As a result of my misunderstanding, I replaced the existing trial with another, and had to start over with the import process from Outlook, during which I went down a couple of blind alleys. Anyway, it looks as if I’ve finally got it working.
