My computer crashed and I had to reload windows 10. As a result e client had to be reinstalled.I am not able t o access my account as my authentication has failed. I have tried to reset my password with a new one provided by get satisfaction but am now told I need to use this forum. Can you please supply me with a text.pory password reset to do this.
