Unable to get Pro Support

I installed the trial version and liked it, except that I had one critical issue. To “make sure” I got the issue addressed as quickly as possible, I bought a license so I’d have Pro Support – but can’t access that support!!! Because I wasn’t prompted for a password when I purchased the license, I tried (several times) to use the Lost Password option when trying to log into the eM Client Support site. I never received an email with instructions. (And yes, I’ve checked my junk mail.) I also tried emailing [email protected] and [email protected], with no reply from either.

I have exactly the same issue. Feel like I have wasted my money to get the so called VIP support.

I’m currently unable to get the Pro Support web site to load in either Vivaldi or MS Edge browsers.

I am having no such problem in Firefox.

Jack, some months since you posted your question, but did you try to reset your password at http://www.emclient.com/reset-password?

Works for me in Edge, Fierefox, Chrome and Opera

Thanks for the reports, I tested on another computer here on the LAN using Vivaldi, Opera, and MS Explorer and both the HTTP and HTTPS sites load without issues. Must be something up with my local workstation.

Turned out to be a problem with Adguard ad blocking software. Disabling Adguard on HTTPS connections to support.emclient.com resolved the issue.

That is interesting especially since there aren’t any ads on the page. AdBlock in Firefox shows 0 for that page as you would expect, and that is pretty good with detection.

There is something about the HTTPS server setup at support.emclient.com that Adguard does not like. If you look at the SSLLabs report it could be tightened up a bit.

I am still unable to access the HTTP version of the site using any browser on this desktop, but as long as I can get to the HTTPS one, I’m not going to spend a lot of time troubleshooting that.

Yes, if you look at my screenshot above, it is https. That is the site that is opened by Menu > Help > Get Support (on Pro License eM Client), or by typing support.emclient.com in the browser.
