Unable to create POP3 account .. no "option for manual POP setup

I have version 8.2.1473. I click on Menu > Accounts and enter my email address and password but the automatic setup continues to set it up as IMAP and there’s no “Other” option to set it up manually. How do I set up a POP3 account?

Start of Manual POP setup… try this

  1. Select Mail > Other.
  2. Click next and enter your email address.
  3. Select POP3. …
