eM client has been working fine until today (Friday 24th April 2015). eM starts up ok and shows the operation box which says it is connecting and that is all it does. No emails download and am unable to send either. I have checked all settings are as they should be, but eM then fails to respond after I go into Tools > Accounts. I have checked for updates but to no avail. Please help. Other devices access email no problem. Also, my laptop will not shut down because it says that eM Client is initializing.
Hello Noel, I’m sorry t see this, what version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About? What mail service are you using with eM Client?
Are you seeing any errors when you try to send or receive messages? If so, can you please make a screenshot of the error and submit it to us here on the forum?
