Unable to connect gmail account

My email account stopped working. I tried reconnecting it but it doesn’t help. I’m on the latest version. I checked the logs and it says that the permission scope is not sufficient.

When connecting the account I checked and all the requested scopes are authorised there so I don’t know what the problem might be. Thanks for your help

We’ll need a bit more information on this. Please open the menu Settings - Advanced, tick all the checkboxes under the problematic account, restart eM Client and send me the logs at [email protected]. Thank you.
