I’m trying to add a straightforward CalDav/CardDav configuration to EMC, but despite entering the correct server address, username and password, the new calendar (or address book) never appears in my list of available options to view - and of course no syncing takes place. The server address is IMAP. Any ideas. My actual email/calendar/address book provider are trying at their end and obtaining the same lack of results!
Suggest to then “update your CalDAV and CardDAV server url addresses” in this thread so we can see if there has been any other users with the same problem with your specific server.
Blank out anything personal in the urls.
Also update “what server your are with” and “what version of eM Client you are using”. Also if you have Windows or Mac & your OS version.

It creates the account in the list of accounts for calendar/contacts and notes - but nothing appears in the calendar sidebar - just my other account calendars

Ok I carnt find anything on this free community forum for Aphy.app CalDAV or CardDAV url so I would email [email protected] to see if that’s server is supported in eM Client.
Also include this thread in your email.
For a test, see also if the Aphy.app CalDAV and CardDAV urls will work in the eM Client mobile app “manually adding them in”, or if you have the same problem as the desktop.
After installing the mobile app, press the Menu (top left) and press “Settings”.
Then under accounts press “Add new account”.
Then press “Manual setup” and choose your CardDAV and CalDAV and follow the wizard.
Same result, appears in the list of accounts, but no calendar or contacts syncing
