I ve been trying to subscribe to pro version but i am unable to do. payment got reversed to my bank account.
If you’re trying to get the MS Store version then the payment is done through Microsoft, but either way, it seems that your bank might be the one who rejected the charge, so try asking your bank rejected to authenticate the payment.
For issues with payments on the eM Client website (in case this was not Microsoft version of eM Client, though based on the screenshot it looks like it) it is best to contact [email protected]
