My first computer has V9 and is working fine. I recently tried to upgrade my second computer to V10 and upon starting, I get a screen that says the current version can not upgrade to V10, and em client is only working in “offline mode”. I tried going to the license screen, but get no option to insert my new V10 activation key. I have the activation key for V10 from a previous inquiry here, as well as the order #, account#, Invoice# and confirmation #. I must be doing something wrong, can you please walk me though the process of getting em client to work in online mode and to doing the V10 upgrade on my other computer?
