is it possible to activate two spelling corrections in eM Client, I need German, and English?

You could load multiple Spell check languages with combined dictionarys that might help you with that via the below methods.

Gary’s suggestion to load an alternate language dictionary into the custom dictionary file is useful, but the problem is that then your custom additions will no longer be kept in a separate place, instead being scattered throughout an enormous file. I think a better solution is to combine the .DIC files for all the languages of interest into a single file, name it something else and place it into the C:\Users\myusername\AppData\Roaming\eM Client\Dictionaries folder. If I may interfere with an indirect work-around of sorts, hopefully of some use to others until something similar is implemented in eMC…

I use TextEdit (on a Mac, but I assume there’s something similar on other OS’s) to write practically any mail that’s over a couple of lines long, before pasting it in eMC. One of several reasons for doing this goes back before my moving to eMC, when it seemed that an increasing number of entities avoided to post their contact mail address (or used a no-reply address), leaving only a contact form to get hold of them. If they happen to reply after a week’s time, I want to be able to check on what I wrote in the first place.

Now, on my system there seems (repeat: seems, I cannot remember where it’s located and I haven’t checked in depth) to be a way to select an array of languages that will get spell-checked, as well as whether “errors” will automatically get corrected or not. The result is that, even writing a text in 4 or 5 different languages, only made-up words or words unknown to the spell-checker (typically: trade names) will get wiggly-wigged, allowing to correct them, accept them or even tell the system to remember them.
