I’m a new eM Client and have spent numerous hours setting it up. All is good except I’m getting two sound notifications for each e-mail that comes in. There are two acounts, mine and my husbands but the mail is just coming in to one at a time. I’ve disabled popup but want sound, just not sound twice. Help me please, driving me crazy!
Had the same issue. I had my app set to open the all inboxes folder on opening and I think that causes the issue. The app may be alerting for that folder and again for the native inbox folder of the account .
I changed the app opening folder to my gmail all mail folder and it’s stopped doing it .
