Trying to unblock a Blacklisted email

I’m trying to unblock an email address in the most up to date em client as at 14th Dec 2020 (8.0.2951)
When I’ve looked this up to try to unblock, it initially states -

  • You can view and manage the Blacklist rule in Menu>Tools>Rules. Just select the Blacklist and click the ‘Modify rule…’ button.

I can go to Menu no problem, and then on to Tools - but there is NOT a Rules Tag there at all

Can anyone help please?

The order of the menu was changed with version 8. It is now Menu > Rules.
