trying to set up my icloud email account in emclient…i keep getting a username/password error…my apple id is an comcast email address…is this why

Hi Lance,
have you tried entering your credentials with the whole email domain (or without it, if thats what you tried)? Is there any error message that pops up when you try to connect?

Olivia…disregard…although i did not do anything differently…its now working thanks for your help

Olivia…hope your still aorund…its happened again,i just installed new version it wiped my accounts…when i set up my comcast email it worked fine…but my icloud wont set up
