I have installed EM Client today and are going through the settings. In the section “Templates
and signatures” i ran into this problem:
What is the truncated Option, and are there more otions below? 
There is only the one item not visible in your screenshot.
Maybe it is more visible here. The option is to attach “Sent from eM Client” to every email.
I opened a support ticket for this, so hopefully the developers will have it fixed for the next release.
