Troubleshoot for the server

This is Denise here from Fuyu Dezain Sdn Bhd. Recently we have encountered a problem with the server, it is shown that Authenticationfaied but we didn’t change for our username and password before. I try to check from the setting but it’s still the same we couldn’t log into the server. For your information, our server name is: [email protected]
