Trigger rules on all incoming email

Used to outlook and trying out eMClient to see if it is a proper alternative, I noticed that the rules don’t get triggered on all incoming email. Apparently a new incoming email which has been read on another device doesn’t trigger the rules. I would like the possibility to trigger a rule on any incoming email, regardless of the status (new or read on an other device).
