Trial period - support is NOT responding to me about problems I reported during the trial

I am desperate to get support’s attention. They CLAIM to provide support during emclient trial period but I have been trying to reach them for over a week and they simply are NOT responding to me whatsoever.

I can’t purchase their software if they are going to treat me like that.

I’m hoping a public forum topic will get their attention.
