Please help me, how can I transfer quick contacts (they are not in the address book, if I understand correctly they are in the cache, appear in the address bar) from the old computer to the new one?

I think you are referring to the recipient history, so these are addresses to which have previously sent message to, but are not necessarily in your contacts.
You can find them in Menu > Settings > Mail > Compose > Recipients History.
If you click on Show Recipients, you can save them as contacts, which you can export and later import to another computer or application.
