Hi Joe,
all your data is saved in your database, the program will always be the same when you download it from our website.
The location of your database can be found in Tools > Settings > General > Storage. Find that folder and copy it to your flashdrive, this way you will save all your data.
Or you can make a backup of your database through File > Backup. The backup file will be created in your Documents folder, and when you want to extract your data from it again it can be easily done through File > Restore.
