TRANSFER EMAIL AND LICENCE

Good morning

I will  change my computer sooon I have to transfer my e-mail
I use em.client and so I will install em client on the new PC

Where do I find the file that contains the email ( the equivalent of Outlook PST file) for transfer the archive?
I specify that I want to transfer all email and not just some
Or should I do otherwise?

And wath is the manner to transfer the licence? (free version)?

 Can you help me?

Hi Paolo,
if you run a Backup (File>Backup…) there should be a zip file created in your Documents/eM Client folder. If you then copy this backup to your new Documents/eM Client folder in your new device and install eM Client, just use the File>Restore… option to load back all your saved data, including accounts, settings and license key (disable your key in your previous device in Help>License section though).
