新たなPCにeM Cliantをダウロードしてインストールした後、アクティベートしようと考えているが、メニューからヘルプを開いてもライセンスの項目が無いのですが、どうしてでしょうか？
何か対処法法はありますか？

There’s no license menu.
I downloaded and installed eM Client on a new PC and am trying to activate it, but when I open Help from the menu, there’s no license option.
That means “you have installed the Windows Store version” which has no license option as you pay Microsoft directly.
So if you have already setup eM Client, first make a backup via “Menu / Backup”. You can see when the backup is complete in “Show Operations” via clicking the drop-down on the right of Refresh top left.
Then once backed up, “close eM Client” and uninstall eM Client and then redownload and install eM Client from eM Client website link.
Then open eM Client and “Skip the setup” and restore you backup via “Menu / File / Restore”.
Then go to “Menu / Help / License” and insert your activation key and activate it.
