I use em client for my G mail account. Em client shows the title of each email, but they contain no body or text. When I sign into G mail all is fine there.
What is going on with em client?
Em client shows the title of each email, but they contain no body or text.
Go to “View / Layout” in the Menu” and make sure you have selected to display the email body either “on the bottom” or “on the right”.
As could be you have possibly disabled the message panel, where you then have to dblclick / open the message to view it.
You can also check the message body panel layout via “Menu / Settings (Preferences) / Appearance / Layout”.
Thank you for going to the trouble and the well illustrated reply. As it happens, I deleted the account, re-instated it, then restarted my computer and everything was back to normal…
Not sure what caused the issue, but I was pretty stressed for a spell.
