New V8 release would present “tips” concerning the program while starting eM Client. Now, how can I de-activate those “tips”?

Those tips are part of the splash screen. Because of the length of time it takes to start the app, the splash screen was implemented to let us know that the app is starting vs prior versions when we had no idea if it started!
I don’t think there is a way to deactivate the tips. Gives us something to read while waiting for the activation of the app.
Right thanks, but one: Why should YOU want to know when MY app starts?!
