Dear Suopport, suddenly my eMClient stopped working and showing me that i do not have a valid activation and i need to activate my PC
when i get a free license and try to apply it
it gives me the error that i violated the license policy
how to fix this issue?
Do you have it currently activated on another pc ? Also are you using EMClient for Personal use or Commercial / Business use.
no, i don’t remember since it was long time ago, suddenly it stopped working and it is gone from the license menu, i even created a new license using my gmail account, and tried to use it and i am getting the same error
