There is a Red Triangle next to my new email account name

I moved all my emails from my old email address to my new email account but I am not getting any new emails; only my old account is getting any and they are both Hotmail accounts. 
Also when I open Outlook Live I only see some of the old emails not all of them.  I have hit Refresh multiple times and rebooted everything with no luck.

The red triangle means there is a connection error. Go to Menu > Tools > Operations and look for any errors in the Log tab.

This type of entry is seen multiple times as I scroll through the log.

Some things you can try:

  1. Disable any anti-virus/firewall or VPN application, then try again.

  2. Go to Menu > Tools > Accounts and click on the IMAP tab for the problem account. Check that the port and security policy are the same combination as the account that is working. The options are:
    Port 993 = Use SSL/TLS on special port (legacy)
    Port 143 = Use SSL/TLS if available

  3. Restart your router.
