The program does not load the contents of the email

Well I have been in back and forth exchange of emails about this problem and they never suggested to do a remote control session to fix the problem. I just quit comminication with them and doing the best I can with the product. My only solution is to do the repair every so often throughout the day to get my emails to load in.

I’m re opening this thread because I am having the same problem. Using the latest version of eM Client and the content of some email refuses to load. It’s like eM Client isn’t even trying to load it. Most recently an email from my bank. eM Client just shows it as a blank email. So I fired up Spark Mail and the email displayed instantly. Tried the native Mac mail app and the email loaded instantly. 
So I shut down eM Client and opened it again and it still refuses to load the email.
This application is terribly buggy.
