If I answer to a text based email the composer opens with an text mail and all of the html parts at my signature will be lost.
So I need a standard template/signature for each text and html messages.
For a new mail I’ve set to create always a html message but for replys this will be ignored.
It was already fixed in our internal versions - now there’s new option in menu Tools->Settings->Compose where you can set mail format for replies (HTML, plain text, autodetect). It will be available with next major version 3.5.
